| 摘 要： | 目的查明食物中毒发生的原因，及时控制疫情蔓延。方法对事发现场和患者分别进行流行病学调查和采集样本。结果从凉菜墩、两位患者的大便中检出血清型别相同的致病性大肠埃希菌。结论本事件是由于食品用具受到致病性大肠埃希菌的污染而引发的食物中毒。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the reason of food poisoning,and control the spread of the disease promptly.Methods The samples of the epidemiology accident and the patients were separately collected,investigated at the same time.Results The same type of pathogenic Escherichia coli Nocardia was detected from cold dish pillar and the two patients.Conclusion The case is due to pollution of food appliances by pathogenic Escherichia coli Nocardia. |
