全程规范管理 提高研究生培养质量

为探讨新形势下如何做好医院的研究生教育和管理工作,本文总结和归纳了我院近五年来在研究生教育管理方面的经验和心得,即从生源质量管控,到入院培养和管理,再到毕业答辩和就业指导等,从各个角度对学生进行全程管理。在这种管理机制下,医院本着"以人为本,以学生为中心"的育人原则,历经几年的探索和发展,研究生培养规模呈现逐年扩大的良好态势,为医院的长远发展奠定了坚实的基础。

Improvement of the cultivation quality of graduate students by whole process control normatively

In order to discuss how to do the work of education and management of graduate students in hospital under the new situation,the authors summarizes the education and management experience of graduate students in our hospital in recent five years,that is to say,students are given the manages in whole process from every angle,inclouding controlling the quality of source of students,admission training and management,graduation thesis defenses,and employment guidance,etc.Under this management mechanism,our hospital regardes the spirit of "people-oriented and student-centric" as educational principle,and the graduate education scale is expanding year by year after several years of exploration and development,which lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of our hospital.
