虎驹乙肝胶囊与阿德福韦酯联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

目的观察虎驹乙肝胶囊与阿德福韦酯联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎（慢乙肝）患者血清肝纤维化的作用。方法 92例慢乙肝患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,给予口服虎驹乙肝胶囊5粒,每日3次,口服阿德福韦酯10 mg 1日1次。对照组46例,口服阿德福韦酯10 mg 1日1次,疗程1年。治疗1年观察指标。结果治疗组治疗前后血清透明质酸（HA）、四型胶原（CⅣ）、三型胶原（PCⅢ）和层粘连蛋白（LN）四项指标比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组治疗后HA、CⅣ、PCⅢ、LN比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论两药合用1年,能显著改善慢乙肝患者血清肝纤维化指标,有助于加强中西医结合抗肝纤维化治疗。

Clinical efficacy of Huju Capsules combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effect of Huju Hepatitis B Capsule in combination with Adefovir Dipivoxil on serum hepatic fibrosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 92 cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,There were 46 patients in the treatment group in which the therapy was five Huju Hepatitis B Capsule three times daily in combination with Adefovir Dipivoxil 10 mg once daily,while Adefovir Dipivoxil 10 mg once daily treatment for 1 year in the control group with 46 cases.Results Serum levels of hyaluronic acid treatment(HA),collagen Ⅳ(C Ⅳ),collagen Ⅲ(PC Ⅲ),and laminin protein(LN) were observed before and after treatment,year of treatment as the treatment observed,there were significant differences(P < 0.05) before and after treatment in treatment group.After treatment,there were also significant differences(P < 0.05) in the two groups.Conclusion Combination with the two drugs for one year,it can significantly improve serum fibrosis markers in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
