摘    要:新生儿高胆红素血症主要由胎儿型红细胞破裂释放胆红素所致,是新生儿期常见疾病。该病发病率高,并呈逐年上升趋势,目前居新生儿住院疾病首位,严重危害新生儿健康。新生儿高胆红素血症预后差,其最严重的并发症是胆红素脑病,可危及新生儿生命,致残率及病死率均较高。目前高胆红素血症的预测、发病因素、高危因素及防治措施成为国内外新生儿科研究的重要方向。本文对近年足月新生儿高胆红素血症的病因、发病因素及防治等的研究新进展作一综述,为临床及早给予干预及治疗,减少后遗症提供参考。

Abstract:Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is caused by increased bilirubin released by foetus erythrocyte fragmentation,it is a common disease in neonatal period.Its incidence is high and gradually increased.Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is the first cause of disease for in-hospital newborns and it severely threatens the health of newborns.Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is characterized by worse prognosis,the worst and most severe complication is bilirubin encephalopathy,which may lead to death of newborns and causes high mutilation and fatality.Recently,the prediction,causes of onset,high risk factors and measures for prevention and treatment of hyperbilirubinemia are important directions for neonatology in domestic and overseas.This paper reviewed the new progress for the causes,epidemic factors,prevention and treatment and so on of hyperbilirubinemia in full-term newborns,aiming to provide reference for the early intervention and treatment in clinic,and decrease sequelae.
