异位妊娠药物保守治疗的临床研究

目的对比观察甲氨蝶呤药物保守治疗和开腹术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的200例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，观察组100例行开腹根治术，治疗组100例选用甲氨蝶呤（MTX）药物保守治疗。分析两种方法的临床疗效、住院情况和术后并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组在治愈率、血β-HCG、转阴时间上与观察组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。MTX药物保守治疗所需费用较低，术后重复异位妊娠率较小，与观察组比较，各指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论MTX对具有早期异位妊娠、未出现内出血、输卵管破裂等现象的年轻患者是一种相对安全、经济的治疗方案

Clinical research of drugs conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Methotrexate(MTX) drug therapy and open surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 200 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups,100 cases of the observation group were treated with open surgical,100 cases of the treatment group were treated with MTX.Two methods of clinical curative effect,the hospital condition and postoperative complications were analyzed.Results Compared with the observation group,the treatment group in the cure rate,blood beta HCG,turn on time had no statistically significant differences(P > 0.05).MTX drug therapy with the low cost,the low repeat ectopic pregnancy rate were statistically significant different compared with the observation group(P < 0.05).Conclusion MTX is a relatively safe,economic treatment option for early ectopic pregnancy,with internal bleeding,fallopian tube rupture.
