胆宁片预防微创保胆取石术后结石复发的临床观察

目的探讨胆宁片在预防微创保胆取石术后对胆囊结石复发的作用。方法收集我院2009年5月-2011年9月行保胆取石术98例患者的临床资料。患者术后被分为两组,54例口服胆宁片（治疗组）,44例仅随访（对照组）,B超观察两组结石复发情况。结果术后随访6-12个月,治疗组结石复发率为3.7%（2/54）,对照组结石复发率为6.8%（3/44）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论利用纤维胆道镜保胆取石,术后服用中成药胆宁片具有预防结石复发的作用。

Clinical study of Danning Tablets for prevention of recurrence of cholelithiasis after minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy

Objective To discuss the effect of Danning Tablets for prevention of recurrence of cholelithiasis after minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy.Methods Clinical data of 98 patients underwent cholecystolithotomy from May 2009 to September 2011 were selected.After operation all patients were divided into two groups,54 patients in the treatment group were given oral Danning Tablets treatment after surgery,and 44 patients in the control group were only followed up after surgery.Recurrences of cholelithiasis in the two groups were observed by ultrasonography.Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,the recurrence rate of cholelithiasis in the treatment group was 3.7%(2/54),which in the control group was 6.8%(3/44),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Danning Tablets is effective in preventing recurrence of cholelithiasis after fibrocholedochoscope cholecystolithotomy.
