| 摘 要： | 目的探讨匀称型与非匀称型足月小样儿体格智能发育规律。方法 83例足月小样儿分为匀称型与非匀称型两组,并与40例正常足月儿对照,定期测量体重、身高、头围和发育商。结果 2岁时所有足月小样儿体重均达到追赶生长;匀称型在2岁时身高、头围、发育商均未能追赶上正常足月儿;发育商与头围正相关。结论足月小样儿特别是匀称型需注意适度的生长追赶,监测体格智能发育,及早干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare growth patterns and neurodevelopment of term symmetric and asymmetric small-for-gestational-age(SGA) and non-SGA infants.Methods A total of 83 SGA infants(symmetric and asymmetric) and 40 non-SGA controls were identified,weight length and head circumference(Hc) were examined,DQ were assessed with Gesell Scale.Results All of the symmetric and asymmetric SGA infants showed catch-up growth in weight,symmetric SGA infants scored lower in length Hc and DQ in 2 years old.DQ was correlated with Hc.Conclusion Adequate catch-up growth is needed for SGA,especially for the symmetric SGA.Growth and neurodevelopment parameters should be monitored,early intervention is needed if necessary. |
