青年与中老年脑卒中相关危险因素及预后研究

目的探讨青年与中老年脑卒中相关危险因素及预后差异。方法选取我院收治的小于45岁的脑卒中患者75例作为青年组，同时期收治的大于45岁的75例脑卒中患者作为中老年组，再按脑卒中类型分为亚组，对已知危险因素和预后进行回顾性分析。结果出血性脑卒中酗酒、吸烟、高血压比例最高，青年患者酗酒比例明显高于中老年患者（P〈0．05），但预后相似；出血性脑卒中，高血压在青年患者和中老年患者中比例均较高，青年患者酗酒和吸烟比例明显高于中老年患者，糖尿病和高血脂比例明显低于中老年患者（P〈0．05），预后良好比例明显高于中老年患者，残疾、复发和死亡比例明显低于中老年患者（P〈0．05）。结论青年与中老年脑卒中危险因素复杂．青年脑卒中预后优于中老年。

Risk factors and prognostic study on young and old patients with stroke

Objective To explore the young and old patients with stroke risk factors and prognostic differences.Methods In our hospital,75 stroke patients who were less than 45 years old as the youth group,during the same period,75 cerebral apoplexy patients who were greater than 45 years as the older group,then press stroke types were divided into subgroups,for known risk factors and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Hemorrhagic stroke alcohol,smoking,hypertension the highest proportion,in young patients with alcohol ratio was significantly higher in the elderly patients(P < 0.05),but the prognosis was similar;hemorrhagic stroke,hypertension in young patients and older patients were all high,alcohol and smoking rate was significantly higher in young patients,diabetes mellitus and high blood lipid ratio was significantly higher in older patients(P < 0.05),the prognosis was good ratio was significantly higher in young patients,disability,recurrence and death ratio was significantly lower in young patients(P < 0.05).Conclusion Young and old patients with risk factors of cerebral apoplexy complicated,young stroke prognosis better than the elderly.
