| 摘 要： | 目的建立元仁胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对胶囊中酸枣仁皂苷A进行定性鉴别。以HPLC法对胶囊中延胡索乙素进行定量研究。结果基于实验结果,三个批次产品的测定,是符合《中国药典》2010年版中胶囊测定的标准。酸枣仁皂苷A可以用薄层色谱法鉴别,延胡索乙素可以用HPLC法测定含量,线性范围为0.2～2.0μg（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.31%（n=9）。结论所建立的质量标准能检测酸枣仁皂苷A,并确定制剂中延胡索乙素的含量,且方法快速准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standards of Yuanren Capsules.Methods The TLC was used for qualitative discrimination of jujuboside A in capsules.HPLC was used for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in capsules.Results Based on the experimental results,three batches of the prepared products was consistent with the standards of capsules in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2010 edition).Jujuboside A could be identified by TCL.Tetrahydropalmatine could be identified by HPLC.A linear range of 0.2-2.0 μg(r = 0.999 9),all average recovery of 99.3% with RSD of 1.31%(n = 9) were obtained for determination of tetrahydropalmatine by HPLC.Conclusion The rapid and specific method is established for the quality control of Yuanren Capsules. |
