化疗期间介入心理干预对癌症患者负性情绪的影响

目的探讨化疗期间介入心理干预对癌症患者负性情绪的影响。方法将178例癌症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各89例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上进行综合心理干预,干预前后两组均采用SDS、SAS进行抑郁及焦虑评分。结果干预前实验组SDS、SAS评分分别为（56.36±3.76）分和（52.35±5.06）分,对照组为（56.21±4.53）分和（52.13±4.39）分,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。干预后,实验组SDS、SAS评分分别为（52.69±3.46）分和（48.15±4.63）分,对照组为（59.45±4.11）分和（55.42±5.18）分,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论癌症患者在化疗期间介入心理干预能降低患者负性情绪反应,是有效的辅助治疗手段。

Effect of psychological intervention on negative emotions of cancer patients during chemotherapy

Objective To discuss the influence of psychological intervention on negative emotions of cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods 178 cases of cancer patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each group had 89 cases.Patients in the control group were adopted conventional treatment and nursing,while patients in the experiment group were adopted comprehensive psychological intervention,on the basis of the control group.Depression and anxiety conditions of the two groups were evaluated by SDS and SAS before and after intervention.Results Scores of SDS and SAS before intervention in the experiment group were(56.36±3.76) points and(52.35±5.06) points respectively,which in the control group were(56.21±4.53) points and(52.13±4.39) points,the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Scores of SDS and SAS after intervention in the experiment group were(52.69±3.46) points and(48.15±4.63) points respectively,which in the control group were(59.45±4.11) points and(55.42±5.18) points,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention for cancer patients during chemotherapy can reduce patients’ negative emotional reaction,which is an effective auxiliary therapy method.
