| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定丹柴散结合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（14∶86）为流动相;流速0.6 mL/min;检测波长230 nm。结果芍药苷在0.480 0～8.160 0μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为98.26%,RSD=1.29%（n=6）。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于丹柴散结合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the HPLC method to determine the Paeoniforin in Danchaisanjie Mixture.Methods The chromatographic system consisted of Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column was used,acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate solution(14∶86) was used as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 230 nm,the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min.Results The paeoniforin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.480 0-8.160 0 μg(r = 0.999 3),the average recovery was 98.26% and RSD=1.29%(n = 6).Conolusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of Danchaisanjie Mixture. |
