我院住院退休军队干部痴呆患者的抑郁焦虑状况及对症护理

目的探讨我院住院退休军队干部痴呆患者护理前后的抑郁焦虑状况,为相关对症护理提供参考。方法将退休军队干部痴呆患者120例随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。两组均给予一般护理措施,治疗组在此基础上实行分阶段的对症护理方法。结果两组护理前焦虑抑郁得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,对症护理后治疗组的焦虑抑郁得分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组护理前生存质量各项得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,护理后治疗组各项得分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论军队离退休老年人这一特殊群体的健康状况不容忽视,痴呆患者抑郁焦虑的总体患病率较高,有效的对症护理能提高生存质量,减轻患者的焦虑抑郁状况。

Depression and anxiety status of retired military cadres with dementia in our hospital and its symptomatic care

Objective To investigate depression and anxiety status of retired military cadres with dementia in our hospital before and after nursing,in order to provide reference for related symptomatic care.Methods 120 cases of retired military cadres with dementia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 60 cases.Both groups were given general nursing measures,while on basis of it,treatment group was implemented stages of symptomatic care methods.Results The anxiety and depression scores before treatment between the two groups had no significant differences(P > 0.05),but after symptomatic care,anxiety and depression scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Quality of life sub-scores comparison between the two groups had no significant differences before nursing(P > 0.05),but scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group after symptomatic care(P < 0.05).Conclusion Health status of special group that military retired elderly person can not be ignored,dementia patients have higher overall prevalence of anxiety and depression.Effective symptomatic care can improve their quality of life,alleviate patients’ anxiety and depression status.
