| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同类型冠心病行冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的安全性。方法回顾性分析148例冠心病患者,其中慢性冠脉病组44例,急性冠脉综合征组104例,均行择期PCI治疗,对比两组患者的手术相关并发症。结果慢性冠脉病与急性冠脉综合征组术手术相关并发症（急性血栓、无复流/慢血流、再闭塞、死亡等）比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论不同类型冠心病患者行择期介入治疗安全性相近。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the safety of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) treatments in different coronary heart diseases.Methods 148 cases of coronary heart disease were retrospective studied,including 44 cases with chronic coronary syndromes and 104 cases with acute coronary syndromes.All were performed selective PCI treatment.Operative complications were compared.Results No significant difference(P > 0.05) was found in operative complications(acute thrombosis,no-reflow,slow flow,reocclusion and death) between chronic coronary group and acute coronary group.Conclusion There could be similar safety in selective PCI treatment between different coronary heart diceases. |
