颈动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉粥样硬化与ABCD2评分相关性

目的分析短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与ABCD2评分的关系。方法回顾性分析52例颈内动脉系统短暂性脑缺血患者ABCD2评分,依据评分的高低分为低危组17例和中高危组35例。所有患者均进行生化、颈动脉彩超检查,观察不同组间颈动脉内膜中层厚度及斑块检出率有无差异。结果中高危组颈动脉内膜中层厚度为0.85 mm,颈动脉斑块的检出率为68.6%;低危组颈动脉内膜中层厚度为0.73 mm,颈动脉斑块的检出率为35.2%。中高危组颈动脉内膜中层厚度大于低危组（P〈0.05）,中高危组颈动脉斑块检出率高于低危组（P〈0.05）。结论 ABCD2评分系统能够反映TIA患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度。

Study of relatetionship between carotid atheroscleros and ABCD2 score in the carotid artery system transient

Objective To observe relation between carotid atherosclerosis and ABCD2 scoring in the carotid artery system transient ischemic attack patients.Methods 52 cases of carotid transient ischemic attack(TIA) was analized retrospectively and implicated the ABCD2 scoring,patients were divided into low-risk group(n = 17) and high-risk group(n = 35) according to the ABCD2 scoring.All patients underwent biochemical,carotid ultrasonography to observing the differences of carotid artery intima-media thickness and plaque between the two groups.Results In high-risk group,thickness of carotid intima-media was 0.85 mm,the rate of carotid artery plaque being detected was 68.6%;In low-risk group,thickness of carotid intima-media was 0.73 mm,the rate of carotid artery plaque being detected was 35.2%.Concerning both carotid artery intima-media thickness and plaque,the high-risk group shows higher rate than the low-risk group(P < 0.05).Conclusion ABCD2 scoring system can reflect the variation of carotid atherosclerosis.
