复方血栓通对急性脑梗死患者血小板活化功能的影响

目的观察应用复方血栓通对急性脑梗死患者血小板一白细胞聚集体（PLA）的影响。方法52例明确诊断急性脑梗死患者，随机分为阿司匹林组和复方血栓通组，分析治疗前和治疗2周后患者血液PLA变化。结果阿司匹林组治疗后。PLyA、PMA、PNA和PLA有所下降，治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），复方血栓通组治疗前后PLyA、PMA、PNA和PLA比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。复方血栓通组头与阿司匹林组治疗后PLyA、PMA和PLA比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01），PNA两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论联合使用复方血栓通胶囊及阿司匹林，能够降低脑梗死患者血小板活化功能，对改善缺血性脑卒中预后具有积极意义。

The effect of Compound Xueshuantong on platelet activation in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of platelet leukocyte aggregations(PLA) in patients with acute cerebral infarction by using Compound Xueshuantong.Methods 52 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into Aspirin group and Compound Xueshuantong group.The changes of circulating PLA before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment,Aspirin group showed the PLyA,PMA,PNA and PLA were decreased,but there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P > 0.05),while the PLyA,PMA,PNA and PLA had a significant statistically difference in Compound Xueshuantong group.Compared with Aspirin group,the PMA and PLA had a statistically significant difference(P < 0.01),but PNA had no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Compound Xueshuantong and Aspirin can reduce the platelet activation function and improve prognosis,which is of positive significance in patients with cerebral infarction.
