以家庭为中心的护理对老年支气管哮喘患者疗效及肺功能的影响

目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理对老年支气管哮喘患者的疗效及肺功能的影响。方法将我院2010年8月～2011年3月收治的100例老年哮喘患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用以家庭为中心的护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的72.0%（P〈0.05）。观察组用力呼气流量（PEFR）,25%、50%、75%最大呼气流速（FRF）改善均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）,住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论以家庭为中心的护理能够显著增加家属对疾病的认识和护理能力,提高老年支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效,改善肺功能。

The influence of family-centered care on lung function and clinical effect of elderly patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the influence of family-centered care on lung function and clinical effect of elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with asthma were in our hospital from August 2010 to March 2011 were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given family-centered care on the basis of the control group.Nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency was 92% in the observation group which was higher than 72% in the control group(P < 0.05).The PEFR group,25%,50%,75% FRF in the observation group were improved significantly,which was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Family-centered nursing can significantly increase the family′s understanding of diseases and nursing ability,and improve the elderly patients with bronchial asthma clinical efficacy and lung function.
