摘    要:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆中可溶性血栓调节蛋白(sTM)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平变化,评价sTM水平及HCY含量与神经功能损害之间的关系及其相关性。方法 40例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)及20例对照组采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)及荧光偏振免疫法分别测定第1、3、7、14天sTM水平及第1、14天HCY含量,同时给予NIHSS评分。结果脑梗死患者血浆sTM及HCY均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01、P〈0.05),且呈动态变化,sTM及HCY呈正相关(r=0.78,P〈0.01),且二者与神经功能损害程度呈正相关(r=0.63,P〈0.01;r=0.72,P〈0.01)。结论 sTM及HCY的检测可作为急性脑梗死血管内皮损伤的观察指标,有助于脑血管病的诊断及治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the plasma levels of sTM、HCY and evaluate the relationship between sTM and HCY with neurological impairment and its correlation in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods For 40 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction(cerebral infarction group) and control group(20 cases),sTM level at 1st,3rd,7th, 14th days,HCY content at 1st,14th days were detected using ELISA and fluorescence polarization immunoassay,and NIHSS score was given the objects.Results Plasma levels of sTM and HCY was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and dynamic changes,sTM and HCY was positively correlated(r=0.78,P<0.01),and was positively correlated with the degree of neurological impairment(r=0.63,P<0.01;r=0.72,P<0.01).Conclusion sTM and HCY detection can be as observed indicators for acute cerebral infarction vascular endothelial injury,and have a certain value for the diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
