羊膜移植在抑制青光眼术后滤过泡瘢痕化中的临床观察

摘    要:目的研究羊膜移植预防抗青光眼术后滤过泡瘢痕化的临床疗效。方法将青光眼患者68例(103眼)分为两组,治疗组38例(55眼)采用羊膜移植联合小梁切除术,对照组30例(48眼)采用传统小梁切除术,观察术后术眼眼压、前房、滤过泡、视力等情况。结果治疗组手术成功率为94.55%。对照组手术成功率为66.67%。治疗组术后眼压降低良好,滤过泡瘢痕形成减少,在手术成功率,功能性滤过泡形成率等方面均优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论羊膜移植联合小梁切除术能有效降低眼压,减少术后滤过瘢痕,促成功能性滤过泡的形成,是治疗青光眼安全有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe amniotic membrane implantation inhibits filtering bleb scarring after glaucoma filtration surgery.Methods 68 glaucoma patients(103 eyes) were divided into therapeutic group(38 cases with 55 eyes) and control group(30 cases with 48 eyes),the therapeutic group was treated with trabeculectomy with membrane implantation,the control group was treated with trabeculectomy.The intraocular pressure,anterior chamber,filtering bleb and vision acuity were detected post-operations.Results The success rates of therapeutic group and control group were 94.55% and 66.67% respectively,the intraocular pressure decreased well and the filtering bleb scarring formation decreased,there was statistical significance(P < 0.01) between the two group.Conclusion Trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane implantation can effectively reduce ophthalmotonus,prevent the formation of scar tissue of filtering bleb,promote the formation of functional filtering bubber.It is a useful and safe method for treating glaucoma.
