肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗体会

目的总结肱骨外科颈骨折临床治疗经验和体会。方法本研究共选择病例82例,应用非手术疗法和手术疗法治疗不同型肱骨外科颈骨折,其中,手术组38例,非手术组44例。结果 82例患者获得4~23个月随访,按UCLA评分系统进行肩关节评分,82例全部骨性愈合,其中,手术组优19例,良16例,差3例,优良率为92.1%;非手术组优27例,良14例,差3例,优良率为93.2%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论正确判断手术和非手术治疗的适应证,合理选择早期康复治疗,两种方法均可得到较高的满意率。

Treatment experience of humeral surgical neck fracture

Objective To summarize of the clinical treatment experience of humeral surgical neck fractures.Methods 82 cases of patients were selected in this study,non-surgical therapy and surgical therapy were used to treat different types of humeral surgical neck fracture.38 cases were in surgical group and 44 cases were in non-surgical group.Results 82 patients were followed up for 4 to 23 months,and scored according to UCLA scoring system,all 82 cases were bone healing.In the surgical group,19 cases were excellent,16 cases were good and 3 cases were poor,the excellent and good rate was 92.1%.In the non-surgical group,27 cases were excellent,14 cases were good and 3 cases were poor,the excellent and good rate was 93.2%,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion Correct judgment of surgical and non-surgical treatment indications,reasonable choice of early rehabilitation,the two treatment methods both can get high satisfaction.
