| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗时间与围生结局关系。方法将60例早发型重度子痫患者依据孕周分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组，分析期待治疗时间、并发症与围生结局的关系。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组期待治疗时间分别为（9．0±2．4）d、（12．0±2．5）d和（5．5±2．2）d，其差异有统计意义（t=3．87、4．81和8．79，均P〈0．01）；Ⅰ组并发症合计发生率显著高于其他两组（χ^2=10．00，P〈0．01）。结论34孕周是理想的早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗时限，7-15d为理想期待治疗时间，围生结局最好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expectant treatment ideal and analysise the relations of the complications.Methods 60 cases premature severe preeclampsia patients basas the gestation week wasⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ three groups,outcome of perinatal for relationship expectant treatment time,complications were analyzed.Results Expectant treatment time ofⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ group was(9.0±2.4) day and(12.0±2.5) day and(5.5±2.2) day respectively,the three groups expectant treatment time had significant differences(χ2 = 3.8714,4.8076,8.7920,P < 0.01);the Ⅰgroup total complication rate was taller than the other two groups significantly(P < 0.01).Conclusion The gestation week being 34 is premature severe preeclampsia ideal expectant treatment time,7-15 days is ideal expectant treatment time,perinatal outcome best. |
