丁苯酞对血管源性轻度认知障碍患者认知功能及脑血流量的影响

摘    要:目的研究丁苯酞对血管源性轻度认知障碍(vMCI)患者认知功能及脑血流速度的影响。方法选择80例vMCI患者随机分为丁苯酞组(治疗组)和吡拉西坦组(对照组),每组各40例,疗程12周;治疗前、治疗后检测脑血流量,同时给予简易精神状态检查(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)评分,并对疗效进行评定。结果治疗12周后治疗组脑动脉血流速度与对照组比较有明显改善(P〈0.05),MMSE、HDS评分较对照组有明显改善(P〈0.05),临床疗效优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论丁苯酞可改善vMCI患者认知功能,提高脑血流量,治疗vMCI安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Butylphthalide on patients cognitive function and cerebral blood flow in vascular mild cognitive impairment.Methods 80 cases of vMCI were randomly divided into the butylphthalide group(treatment group) and the piracetam group(control group),40 cases of each group,the course was 12 weeks.Cerebral blood flow,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and the kyohko hasegawa dementia scale(HDS) score were detected before and after treatment,the efficacy was evaluated.Results After 12 weeks treatment,cerebral artery blood flow velocity of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05),MMSE and HDS scores of treatment group were more significantly improved than those of the control group(P < 0.05);clinical curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide can not only improve the cognitive function in patients with vMCI but also increase cerebral blood flow,it is safe and effective for vMCI.
