| 摘 要： | 目的观察温补脾肾法结合艾灸神阙穴治疗五更泻的临床疗效。方法将我院79例五更泻患者分为治疗组（42例）和对照组（37例）。治疗组采用温补脾肾法结合艾灸神阙穴进行治疗,对照组采用温补脾肾法治疗,每日1次,治疗4周后判断疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为75.7%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后症状、体征积分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论温补脾肾法结合艾灸神阙穴治疗五更泻有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect on the method of warming spleen and kidney combined with moxibustion at Shenque acupoint in the treatment of predawn diarrhea.Methods 79 patients with predawn diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group(42 cases) and control group(37 cases).Treatment group was given method of warming spleen and kidney combined with moxibustion at Shenque acupoint.Control group was given method of warming spleen and kidney.The two groups were treated once a day and the clinical effect were compared after 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9% and 75.7% in control group,there was significant difference in total effective rate(P < 0.05) and scores of symptoms and signs(P < 0.05,P < 0.01) between the two groups.Conclusion There are better clinical effects in patients who are treated with method of warming spleen and kidney combined with moxibustion at Shenque acupoint in predawn diarrhea. |
