瑞舒伐他汀对高血压血脂异常患者超敏C反应蛋白及踝臂指数的影响

摘    要:目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对高血压血脂异常患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血脂和踝臂指数(ABI)的影响。方法将我院2010年1月~2011年1月门诊及住院收治的98例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组分别包括49例患者。全部98例患者均进行常规降压治疗,观察组在此基础上加用10 mg瑞舒伐他汀,2个月后对两组患者进行随访,随访内容为检测患者三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)、肌酸激酶(CK)、hs-CRP及ABI的变化。结果对照组治疗后血压较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组治疗后血压、hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C、TG明显低于治疗前,HDL-C高于治疗前,ABI明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组治疗后hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C、TG明显低于对照组治疗后,ABI明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论他汀类药物通过影响血脂代谢及抑制血管内皮炎症反应两个方面稳定粥样斑块,抑制斑块破裂,对改善血管内皮功能有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of Rosuvastatin on high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),blood lipids and ankle brachial index(ABI) of patients with hypertension dyslipidemia.Methods 98 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group for 49 cases.All the patients were given conventional antihypertensive therapy,and the observation group was given 10 mg Rosuvastatin on the basis of conventional antihypertensive therapy.After 2 months,the patients of 2 groups were followed up.And the content of follow-up was the change of triacylglycerol(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Creatinine(Cr),creatine kinase(CK),hs-CRP and ABI on detected patients.Results As for the control group,the blood pressure after treatment was lower evidently than that before treatment,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).As for the observation group,the blood pressure,hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C,TG after treatment was lower evidently than that before treatment,and HDL-C and ABI after treatment was higher evidently than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and ABI was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Statin drugs responses two aspects of keeping atheromatous plaque stable and inhibiting plaque rupture through influence lipid metabolism and inhibiting vascular endothelial inflammation,which have important significance for improving vascular endothelial function.
