长托宁与阿托品治疗有机磷中毒的临床疗效对比

目的对比长托宁与阿托品治疗有机磷中毒的临床疗效。方法选取有机磷中毒患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,观察组给予长托宁治疗,对照组给予阿托品治疗,对比两组患者治疗情况与不良反应。结果观察组治愈率（97.5%）显著高于对照组的87.5%（P〈0.05）。观察组在药物起效时间、阿托品化时间方面较对照组长,在用药次数、症状消失时间、胆碱酯酶（ChE）恢复时间、平均住院时间方面观察组较对照组少,两组对比差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组不良反应显著较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论长托宁治疗有机磷中毒疗效显著,安全可靠,值得推广。

Comparative of clinical efficacy of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and Atropine in treating organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and Atropine in treating organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 80 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly devided into the observation group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases),the observation group was treated with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and the control group was treated with Atropine,then the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were contrasted between the two groups.Results The curative ratio of the observation group(97.5%) was significantly higher than the control group(87.5%)(P < 0.05).And the drug onset time,atropinization time of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group(P < 0.01),drug dosing frequent,time of symptom disappearance,ChE recovery time,and average length of stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion Penehyclidine Hydrochloride has a significant effect,and is safe,reliable in treating organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,it is worthy of promotion.
