163例口腔颌面部创伤的临床回顾分析

目的:探讨口腔颌面部创伤的特点及流行病学趋势。方法:对安徽省芜湖市第二人民医院口腔科1996~2005年间163例颌面外伤住院病例的年龄、性别、发病部位、原因等进行统计和回顾分析。结果:本组病例中,口腔颌面部创伤住院人数总体呈上升趋势,口腔颌面部创伤高发年龄在21~40岁,男∶女比例为3∶1。交通事故在致伤原因中居首位(90/163),并逐年递增;在颌面骨折中,下颌骨折最常见,占67。5%,其次是颧骨颧弓、上颌骨。结论:现代社会交通事故及暴力性损伤日益增多,口腔颌面部颌面创伤治疗是临床口腔颌面外科工作者研究的重要课题。

Retrospective clinical analysis of maxiliofacial injuries in 163 cases

Objective:To investigate the characteristics and epidemiologic trends of maxillofacial injures by a retrospective clinical analysis.Methods:The data of 163 cases of hospitalized patients with maxillofacial injuries were collected from 1996 to 2005 for this statistical study,including sexes,ages,site and causes.Results:There was an increased tendency in patients of maxillofacial injuries,especially those aged from 21 to 40.The ratio of male to female was 3:1.The leading cause of maxillofacial trauma was dominated by traffic accidents(90/163)and that tended to be increased.Mandibular fracture(67.5%)accounted for the majority of fractures of jaws.and the site of common injury stood the list from the first to the last was followed by mandibular fracture,zygomatic bone,zygomatic arch and maxillary fracture.Conclusion:Traffic accidents and violence-induced injuries seem to be responsible for maxillofacial injuries.This injury is more commonly seen in clinical practice and needs paying attention.
