| 摘 要： | 用淋巴管铸型方法观察家免阑尾粘膜层毛细淋巴管的三维结构,在其粘膜浅层观察到一层完整的毛细淋巴管网。从此网垂直向深侧发出较粗的毛细淋巴管,连接胸腺依赖区浅部的毛细淋巴管丛,它与胸腺依赖区的滤泡周围淋巴窦相连。

| Abstract: | The three-dimensional structure of the lymphatic capillaries of the mucosa in rabbit appendix was observed using method of lymphatic corrosion casts by scanning electron microscopy. The present study showed that a well-developed network of lymphatic capillaries exists in superficial layer of the mucosa in the appendix. From this network thicker lymphatic capillaries perpendicularly descended to a plexus of lymphatic capillaries in upper ends of thymus-dependent area (TDA). The plexus connected with the perifollicular sinuses in the TDA. |
