| 摘 要： | 应用果蝇ＳＬＲＬ试验检测８５１营养液、１／２稀释液及稀释液突变率为０．１３～０．２％，结果无诱变效应；应用非整倍体试验检测亦未见非整倍体效应。表明８５１营养液对果蝇无遗传毒性作用。

| Abstract: | The SLRL test with fruit flies was used in the detection of the stock 851 Nutrient Liquor. The mucatfon rate in 1/2 and 1/4 was 0. 130- 2%, and no mutagenic effect was found. Additionally, the aneuploid test was conducted, and no aneuploid effect was found. These results indicate that there is no genetic toxic action of 851 Nutrient Liquor to fruit flies. |
