摘    要:目的 :探讨甘油所致急性肾功能衰竭 (Acuterenalfailure ,ARF)家兔心肌缺血性损害与血液流变性的关系。方法 :用 50 %的甘油 10ml/kg行兔后肢肌肉内加压注射 ,建立ARF动物模型 ,观察动物心肌组织形态学以及血液流变学指标的变化。结果 :ARF组兔出现高粘滞血症 ,表现为全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、血沉等明显升高。心肌组织出现严重的缺血性损害 ,主要表现为心肌细胞弥漫性变性、心肌纤维间质水肿、血管周围水肿等。结论 :ARF时血液流变特性恶化可能是造成心肌组织缺血性损害的直接原因之一。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between myocardial is chemia damages and hemorheological in rabbits with acute renal failure(ARF) indu ced by glycerol.Method:The changes of myocardial histology and hemorheological were examined in the model of ARF which was produced by pressure injection of 5 0% glycerol into hind limbs of rabbits.Results:Rabbits with ARF developped hyperviscosity syndrome wit h whole blood viscosity,agglutination index of red blood cells,rigidity i ndex and sedimetation rate increasing dramatically.Myocardium showed severe isc hemic damages which included diffuse degeneration of myocardium ,interstitial ed ema of myocardium and edema around blood vessels.Conclusion:Rabbits with ARF induced by glycerol have significan tly abnormal hemorheological and severe ischemic myocardial damages.Deteriorati on of hemorheological may be one of the direct causes of ischemic myocardial dam ages during ARF.
