| Abstract: | We report a case of traumatic avulsion of the latissimus dorsi tendon in a professional body-builder. The injury was repaired by reattachment of the avulsed tendon. This procedure is quite challenging in a well-muscled individual and requires a detailed understanding of the anatomy of the axilla. |
