摘    要:目的 探讨颈髓损伤后颈髓细胞线粒体膜流动性变化与线粒体呼吸功能的关系。方法 30只猫随机分成假手术组(对照组)和颈髓损伤后2,6,24,72h组,每组6只。采用Allen打击法造成猫颈髓损伤,观察颈髓损伤后线粒体膜流动性、磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性、线粒体呼吸控制率(RCR)、磷氧比值(P/O)、氧化磷酸化效率(OPR)的变化。结果 颈髓损伤后2~72h线粒体膜PLA2活性较假手术对照组明显增高(

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between alteration of the membrane fluidity and respiration function of cervical cord cell mitochondria after cervical cord injury. Methods Cervical cord injury models were performed in cats with Allen's method. Alteration of the membrane fluidity, PLA 2 activity, respiratory control rate (RCR),P/0 ratio and oxidative phosphorylation rate(OPR) of cervical cord mitochondria were observed after cervical cord injury. Results The results revealed that PLA 2 activity of cervical cord mitochondrial membrane significantly increased following trauma as compared to the sham-operation control group( P < 0.05 ), but the membrane fluidity, RCR,P/0 ratio and OPR of cervical cord mitochondria evidently decreased as compared to the sham-operation control group( P <0.05). Conclusions The results demonstrate that there is a closely corelation between PLA 2 activation and the membrane fluidity decrease of cervical cord mitochondria. The studies suggest the membrane fluidity decrease of cervical cord mitochondria play an important role in pathophysiological process of respiration function damage of cervical cord mitochondria following trauma.
