牙间牵引成骨术修复齿槽嵴裂的初步研究

目的 观察牙间牵引成骨技术修复齿槽嵴裂的效果。方法 采用6个月龄杂种犬制备齿槽嵴裂模型，以牙间成骨牵引器牵引切骨线两侧的牙齿修复齿槽嵴裂，达到预期效果后，进行病理切片观察牙槽骨生长情况。将牙间成骨牵引器用于1例齿槽嵴裂患者，测量观察治疗效果。结果 犬人工齿槽嵴裂缝完全关闭，病理切片观察切骨线两侧有大量成骨细胞和骨小梁生成。齿槽嵴裂患者裂缝明显缩小。结论 应用牙间牵引成骨修复齿槽嵴裂疗效确定，可以避免供骨源区的皮肤瘢痕，减少感染的可能，是一种具有良好发展前景的技术。

The Interdental Distraction Osteogenesis in Alveolar Cleft:a Primary Study

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the outcome of the interdental distraction osteogenesis in alveolar cleft. Methods The alveolar cleft model was made surgically in a mongrel dog aged in 6 month. The interdental distraction osteogenesis were performed till close of the alveolar cleft, then histological study were made. To measure and observe a patient with alveolar cleft who performed by using the interdental distraction osteogenesis. Results The dog alveolar cleft was closed completely and filled with new bony spicules. The cleft length of a patient with alveolar cleft was reduced. Conclusion Interdental distraction osteogenesis is a good method for the patient with alveolar cleft.
