小柴胡片药效学实验研究

动物实验结果表明，小柴胡片对发热模型大鼠有较好的解热作用，大剂量组（３．２ｇ／ｋｇ）解热作用与单纯模型组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。抗炎实验结果表明，小柴胡片对小鼠早期炎症腹腔毛细管通透性有显著抑制作用，并能抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀。小鼠口服小柴胡片２ｗｋ后，对四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤有较好的保护作用。大剂量组（２．５ｇ／ｋｇ）能显著降低模型小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示小柴胡片具有较好的降温抗炎作用，并对四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤有较好的保护作用

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Xiao Chai Hu Tablets (XCHt)

The results of animals experiments indicated that Xiao Chai Hu tablets (XCHt) has antipyratic effect on the rat model of fever, there is significant difference (P<0.01) between the high dose group and the contraolled. The result of antiinflammatory experiment showed that XCHt can significantly inhibit the permeability of peritoneum capillary of the mice during early inflammation, as well as the tumefaction of the rat foot induced by carrageenin. XCHt also has good protective effect on acute liver hurt induced by carbon tetrachlorid (CCl 4) of mice fed with XCHt two weeks before. The activity of ALT and AST is significantly depressed in the high dose group. All results above indicate that XCHt is a good antipyretic and antiinflammtory agent, and it can protect the liver from acute hurt induced by CCl 4.
