膝关节骨关节病体征与功能的相互关系研究

本文就膝关节骨关节病的膝周压痛点等体征对膝关节功能的影响，采用回归与相关分析等数量统计方法进行了研究，在采用非手术方法治疗的７６例１１１个膝关节中，运用两种膝关节功能评定方法与膝周压痛点等体征进行分析，结果表明两种功能评定方法与体征之间存在着基本相同且在非常显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０００１）的直线回归与负相关系，而且两个回归方程的斜率之间，两上相关系数之间无显著差异，说明膝周压痛点等体征同漆关节功能之间

The Study of the Interrelation Analvsis of Mathematical Statistics between the Signs and Function of the Knee Osteoarthrosis

This article adopts regresion and correlation analysis of mathematical statities to reseach the influence of knee joint function by the signs of the knee osteoarthrosis such as tenderness point around knee joint and so om. Using conservative treatment on 76 cases 111 knee osteoarthosis, tow judgement ways on knee function are employed to study the sign's mark as tendermess point around knee joint and others. To draw a conclusion,there is a nearly same and extremely remarkable significant relationship(P<0.01)of linear regression and negative interrelation existing between the two functional judgement ways and the signs Not only beween the slops of the two regressive equation, but also two interrelative coefficient has no obvious difference, That means the tenderness point around knee and ther signs closely negatively interrelat-ed with knee function.Equivalently.more serious the signs and higher its grades are,worse the function lower its grades are,better the function and higher its grade is. These provide basis of treatments for im-proving knee joint function by treating the tenderness point around keen and other signs clinically.
