护理干预对肩痛穴微创埋线治疗肩周炎120例疗效观察

目的：观察护理干预对120例肩痛穴微创埋线治疗肩周炎的效果。方法：选取2014年1月—2015年10月针灸科采用肩痛穴微创埋线治疗的肩周炎患者120例，随机分为干预组和对照组各60例，两组均给予常规护理，干预组同时增加心理护理、饮食指导、功能锻炼等干预措施。结果：干预组总有效率为98.3%（59/60），对照组为85%（51/60），组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：有效的护理干预配合临床治疗是提高疗效的重要保障。

Effect of nursing intervention on 120 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with minimally invasive catgut embedding in shoulder pain acu-point

Objective:To observe the effect of nursing intervention of 120 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with minimally invasive catgut embedding in shoulder pain acu-point.Methods:From Jan. 2014 to Oct. 2015,120 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with minimally invasive catgut embedding in shoulder pain acu-point were selected in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group with 60 cases each. Both groups were given conventional nursing and the intervention group was added with psychological nursing, diet guidance, functional exercise etc.Results:The total effective rate of the intervention group was 98.3% (59/60), that of the control group was 85% (51/60), and the differences between the two groups had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing intervention combined with clinical treatment is an important guarantee to improve the treatment effect.
