| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病因其发病率和患病率不断上升，已经成为严重威胁人类健康的第三大杀手。随着糖尿病患病率不断增高，糖尿病患者呈现多样化的特点。针对不同人群的特点和对血糖的控制要求，多项国际指南均强调以“患者为中心”的治疗理念，即个体化治疗。本文对个体化治疗在2型糖尿病管理中的应用研究进展情况做一简要概述。

| Abstract: | Because of the rising of its incidence and prevalence, type 2 diabetes has become the third killer which seriously threatens the health of mankind. With the increasing prevalence of diabetes mellitus, the diabetes patients present a variety of characteristics. According to the characteristics of different groups and the requirement of blood glucose control, a number of international guidelines have emphasized the concept of“patients as the“center”, that is individual treatments. This article brielfy summarizes the research progress of the application of individual treatments in the management of type 2 diabetes. |
