关于女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的几点思考-妇产科医生的视角

女性盆底功能障碍性疾病（PFD）的诊治需要妇科、泌尿科和肛肠科等多学科的通力合作。本文总结女性盆底解剖的“可视化”研究、PFD的手术治疗、对盆底植入材料的再认识及再生医学的发展对盆底重建的意义，并阐述关于女性PFD的几点思考。

Some thoughts about female pelvic lfoor dysfunction:the perspective of obstetricians and gynaecologists

The diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD) need the multidisciplinary collaboration of gynecology, urology and anorectal surgery.This paper summarizes the “visualization” research of female pelvic lfoor anatomy, surgical treatment of PFD and re-recognition of pelvic lfoor implanted materials and the development of regenerative medicine on the signiifcance of pelvic lfoor reconstruction, and expounds some thoughts about female PFD.
