舒适护理对轻～中型颅脑外伤患者睡眠质量和综合功能的影响

目的：探讨舒适护理对轻、中型颅脑外伤患者睡眠质量和综合功能的影响。方法：收集2012年11月—2015年10月治疗的轻、中型颅脑损伤患者60例，均行开颅血肿清除术，随机分为对照组各30例，行常规围术期护理；试验组30例，在对照组基础上，行舒适护理。观察患者出院前后的睡眠质量评分（SRSS）、FCA评分、Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分。结果：出院时，试验组SRSS评分低于对照组和入院时（P＜0.05），FCA评分高于对照组和入院时（P＜0.05）；对照组FCA评分出院时高于入院时（P＜0.05）。试验组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分改善率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：舒适护理对轻、中型颅脑外伤患者睡眠质量和综合功能有积极的影响，临床应用价值较高。

Inlfuence of comfortable nursing on sleep quality and comprehensive function of patients with mild and moderate craniocerebral trauma

Objective: To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on sleep quality and comprehensive function of the patients with mild and moderate craniocerebral trauma.Methods: From October 2012 to November 2015, 60 cases of mild and moderate craniocerebral trauma were collected. All patients were underwent craniotomy evacuation of hematoma. The patients were randomly divided into a control group with 30 cases who were cared by the routine perioperative nursing, and an experiment group with 30 cases who were cared by the comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group. The scores of SRSS, functional comprehensive assessment(FCA), and Fugl-Meyer, and Barthel index were observed before and after discharge.Results: At discharge, the score of SRSS of the experiment group were lower than that at admission and of the control group(P<0.05). The score of FCA of the experiment group were higher than that at admission and of the control group(P<0.05). The score of FCA of the control group at discharge was higher than that on admission(P<0.05). The improvement rates of Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The comfort nursing has a positive effect on sleep quality and comprehensive function in the patients with mild and moderate craniocerebral trauma, and has high value in the clinical application.
