比较宫内节育器元宫药铜200与TCu200c的临床效果

目的：比较两种宫内节育器（IUD）元宫药铜200与TCu200c的临床效果。方法：收集2010年1月－2012年12月自愿要求放置IUD避孕而无禁忌证的育龄妇女600例，其中300例放置元宫药铜200，300例放置TCu200c，两组均于放置IUD后3、6、12、24个月进行随访。结果：元宫药铜组与TCu200c组24个月带器妊娠率分别为1.33%和3.0%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；脱落率分别为3.67%和8.0%（P＜0.05）；因症取出率分别为3.67%和9.0%（P＜0.05）；续用率分别为89.3%和77.3%（P＜0.05）。结论：元宫药铜200具有脱落率低、续用率高、不良反应小的优点，有较好的有效性和接受性。

Comparison of the clinical effect of the intrauterine devices of yuangong medicine copper 200 and TCu200c

ABSTRACTObjective: To compare the clinical effects of the two kinds of intrauterine devices (IUD) of yuangong medicine copper 200 and TCu200c.Methods:Six hundred cases of the reproductive women without contraindications who voluntarily asked to be placed with IUD for contraception from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2012, and 300 cases were placed with yuangong medicine copper 200 and 300 ones with TCu200c. The follow-ups were done in the 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after the placement of IUD in the both groups.Results:In the yuangong medicine copper 200 and TCu200c groups, the pregnancy rates with IUD were 1.33% and 3% in 24 months and the difference had no statistical signiifcance (P>0.05), the expulsion rates were 3.67% and 8%(P<0.05), the removal rates were 3.67% and 9% (P<0.05) because of the symptoms, and the continuation rates were 89.3% and 77.3% (P<0.05), respectively.Conclusion: Yuangong medicine copper 200 has the advantages of the low expulsion rate, high continuation rate, and mild adverse reaction and has the good effectiveness and acceptability.
