阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考对41例动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果分析

目的：探析阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考对动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果。方法：选取82例颈内动脉粥样硬化患者随机分对照组和观察组各41例，对照组采用单一阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗，对比分析它们恶临床疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平和斑块面积改善情况优于对照组患者（P＜0.05），结论：在动脉粥样硬化疾病的临床治疗上，阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考临床治疗效果较为显著，可改善患者的血脂指标。

Effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol in the treatment of 41 cases of atherosclerosis

Objective: To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol in the treatment of atherosclerosis. Methods:Eighty-two patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into a control group (received atorvastatin treatment) and an observation group (received atorvastatin combined with probucol treatment). The clinical effect was analyzed. Results:The levels of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and the condition for plaque area improvement were better in the observation group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative efifcacy of atorvastatin combined with probucol for the clinical treatment of atherosclerotic disease is clear and the lipid levels in patients can be improved by this therapy.
