PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗50例环状痔的疗效

目的：观察和评价吻合器痔上黏膜环切除术（PPH）联合外剥内扎术治疗环状痔近、远期疗效。方法：随机选取月环状痔患者100例，分为研究组和对照组各50例，研究组行PPH联合外剥内扎术，而对照组仅行PPH。术后对患者的近、远期疗效进行评估，并对患者肛门外观满意度等进行对比分析。结果：研究组患者切口的疼痛程度与对照组相比，差异不具有明显的统计学意义（P>0.05）研究组肛门外观满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)，研究组术后6个月及2年复查痔核再次脱出、肛门疼痛、便血等症状及并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；结论：PPH联合外剥内扎术可延缓患者痔病的发展，明显降低术后症状及并发症的复发率，有效提高环状痔患者的近、远期疗效，值得临床进一步实践。

The short and long-term efifcacy of PPH combined with external dissection and internal ligation in the treatment of 50 cases of patients with circumference mixed hemorrhoids

Objective: To observe and evaluate the short and long term curative effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) combined with external dissection and internal ligation in the treatment of the patients with circumference mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: One hundred patients with benign circumference mixed hemorrhoids were randomly selected and divided into a research group and a control group with 50 patients each. The research group underwent PPH combined with external dissection and internal ligation while the control group received only PPH. The short and long term curative effect and the satisfaction of patients with the anal appearance were evaluated.Results: The comparison of the degree of patient pain between the two groups was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). The satisfaction of patients with anal appearance was signiifcantly higher in the research group than in the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of the symptoms such as hemorrhoids prolapse again, anal pain, bleeding and so on and the complications were signiifcantly lower in the research group than in the control group after following-up for 6 months and 2 years (P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH combined with external dissection and internal ligation can delay the development of hemorrhoids, signiifcantly reduce the recurrence rate of the postoperative symptoms and complications, improve the short and long-term efifcacy of patients with hemorrhoids and is worthy of further clinical practice.
