穴位注射治疗慢性支气管炎130例临床疗效

目的：观察天突、定喘穴穴位注射治疗慢性支气管炎慢性迁延期患者的临床疗效。方法：收集2008年6月—2011年6月慢性支气管炎慢性迁延期患者260例，分为对照组130例，口服抗生素治疗；治疗组130例，在对照组治疗基础上，于天突、定喘穴注射核酪液，1次/d。两组均辅以常规止咳化痰平喘药，治疗时间为2周。结果：治疗组显效率为34.62%（45/130），总有效率为98.46%（106/130），对照组分别为27.69%（36/130），总有效率为90.00%（96/130），治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：天突、定喘穴穴位注射治疗慢性支气管炎慢性迁延期疗效显著，值得临床应用推广。

Clinical effect of the acupoint injection in the treatment of 130 patients with chronic bronchitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efifcacy of tiantu and dingchuan acupoints injection in the treatment of the patients with chronic persisting bronchitis. Methods:From June 2008 to June 2011, 260 cases of chronic persisting bronchitis were collected and divided into a control group with 130 cases who were treated with antibiotics and the treatment group with 130 cases who were treated with the injection of nuclear casein into the tiantu and dingchuan acupoints once a day based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were supplemented with the conventional antitussive expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs, and the treatment time was 2 weeks. Results:The explicit efifciency rate was 34.62%(45/130)in the treatment group and 27.69%(36/130) in the control group, and the total effective rate was 98.46%(106/130) in the treatment group and 90.00%(96/130) in the control group. The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control one (P<0.05). Conclusion:The efifcacy of tiantu and dingchuan acupoints injection in the treatment of the chronic persisting bronchitis is signiifcant and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
