神经肌肉电刺激技术在改善40例脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨神经肌肉电刺激技术在改善脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量中的应用。方法:选取2012年9月至2015年9月期间我院确诊治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例,依据随机数表法分为刺激组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予常规康复治疗,刺激组患者在此基础上给予神经肌肉电刺激技术治疗,随访6个月。分别采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(BI)评估患者的上肢运动功能及生活质量,统计分析所有患者治疗前后静态和动态肌电值、治疗前、治疗后2、4、6个月的运动功能和生活质量。结果:刺激组患者治疗后静态和动态肌电值及2、4、6个月的FMA得分和BI值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经肌肉电刺激技术可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肌肉功能和上肢运动功能,有利于改善患者的生活质量,值得临床作进一步实践。

Application of neuromuscular electrical stimulation technology in the improvement of the quality of life of 40 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia
Abstract:Objective: To discuss the application of neuromuscular electrical stimulation technology in the improvement of the quality of life of patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods: The data from 80 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were randomly divided into a stimulation group and a control group with 40 cases each. The control group was given conventional rehabilitation while the stimulation group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation technology besides the conventional treatment. Both groups were followed up for 6 months and their upper limb movement function and the quality of life were assessed by Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment (FMA) and modified Barthel index (BI), and the static and dynamic electrical values before and after treatment and the movement function and the quality of life before treatment and 2, 4, 6 months after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results: All the indexes mentioned above were signiifcantly higher in the stimulate group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Neuromuscular electrical stimulation technology can effectively improve muscle function, upper limb movement function and the quality of life of the patients and is worthy of further clinical practice.
