| 摘 要： | 目的：观察和评估彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法：对我院2013年2月—2015年5月收治的100例女性乳腺癌患者的资料进行回顾性总结，并比较他们术前彩色多普勒超声检查与术后病理确诊的结果。结果：经彩色多普勒超声诊断为乳腺癌的100例患者中，术后经病理确诊为乳腺癌者97例，诊断符合率97.00%；误诊3例，误诊率为3.00%。结论：彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的准确率，故它对乳腺癌具有显著的临床诊断价值。

The value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe and evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods:The data from one hundred cases of female patients with breast cancer hospitalized in our hospital from February, 2013 to May, 2015 were retrospectively summarized and their diagnostic results from the examination of color Doppler ultrasound before operation and the pathological examination after surgery were compared. Results:Ninety-seven cases of breast cancer were diagnosed by pathology after surgery and the diagnostic coincidence rate between color Doppler ultrasound and pathology was as high as 97%(97/100). Only 3 cases were misdiagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, accounting for 3%. Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound possesses high accuracy in the diagnosis of breast cancer and signiifcant value in clinical diagnosis. |
