上海市虹桥街道居民肺功能调查

目的：了解社区居民肺功能现状，为防治心肺疾病、提高生活质量或改善生存质量提供依据。方法：选取2015年虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心体检的65岁及以上老年人共655例，对体检中的肺功能数据资料进行分析。结果：肺功能异常261例，异常率39.85%，其中轻度异常7例，中度218例，重度29例，极重度7例，男性异常率显著高于女性（P＜0.05）。结论：社区居民肺功能异常不少，应重点健康干预。

Investigation of lung function in Hongqiao Community of Shanghai

Objective: To understand the prevalent situation of lung function of the community residents to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases and improvement of the life quality or the survival quality. Methods: A total of 655 cases aged 65 and above were selected in the examination in Hongqiao Community Health Service Center in 2015, and their pulmonary function data in the physical examination were analyzed.Results: Two hundred and sixty-one cases were found to have abnormal pulmonary function, and the abnormal rate was 39.85%, and among them, 7 cases were slightly abnormal, 218 cases were moderate, 29 cases were severe, 7 cases were extremely severe, and the pulmonary function abnormality in the male was obviously higher than that in the female(P<0.05).Conclusion: A lot of community residents have abnormal pulmonary function and the health intervention should be strengthened.
