| 摘 要： | 目的：调查农村地区脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体家庭康复现状，为制定家庭康复护理干预方案提供依据。方法：于2014年9月—2014年12月对本社区内84例脑卒中偏瘫患者及其照顾者进行问卷调查。结果：农村脑卒中偏瘫患者缺乏家庭康复锻炼，伴随着多种器官功能障碍和心理功能障碍，一部分甚至完全丧失生活自理能力。结论：积极探索和制定农村适宜的脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能家庭康复护理干预方案，有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Survey of the status quo of family rehabilitation for the stroke patients with hemiplegia and research of the nursing intervention program |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the status quo of family rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia in the rural area to provide a basis for the development of family rehabilitation nursing intervention program.Methods:FromSep. 2014toDec. 2014, a questionnaire survey was conducted in 84 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia and their caregivers in the community. Results:Rural stroke patients with hemiplegia lacked of family rehabilitation exercise, and were accompanied by multiple organ and psychological dysfunctions, and some even lost the self-care ability completely. Conclusion:Exploration and formulation of the appropriate nursing intervention program of family rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia is helpful to improve their life quality. |
