肠道益生菌对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者的临床疗效观察

目的：观察常规治疗联合培菲康对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者血糖、血脂、血压、体重控制的临床疗效。方法：收集2015年4月1日—2015年6月30日期间在甘泉街道社区卫生服务中心门诊就诊的2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者100例，采用1：1配对分组（年龄、性别、基础疾病）法分为对照组和试验组各50例，对照组给予常规降糖、降脂、降压治疗，试验组加用培菲康840 mg，2次/d口服，疗程为6周。比较治疗前后两组血糖、血脂、血压、体重变化以及停药后6周的疗效差异。结果：6周后试验组与对照组相比血糖、血压、血脂、体质均未见明显差异（P>0.05）；然而停药6周后，两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇数值下降具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：调节肠道菌群，能够改善代谢综合征患者血糖、血脂指标，远期疗效值得期待。

Clinical effect of probiotics on type 2 diabetes patients complicated with metabolic syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of conventional therapy combined with Biifco on glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure and weight control in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with metabolic syndrome.Methods: One hundred cases of type 2 diabetes patients were collected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 50 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic, lipid lowering and antihypertensive therapy while the experimental group was additionally treated with 840 mg of oral Biifco twice a day besides the conventional therapy for 6 weeks. Blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure and body weight were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results: After 6 weeks, there were no signiifcant differences in the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid and blood pressure and physique between two groups (P>0.05). However, the decrease of the levels of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose and the total cholesterol values showed statistical signiifcance between two groups after the treatment was discontinued for 6 weeks (P<0.05).Conclusion: The blood glucose and blood lipid indexes in the patients can be improved by regulation of intestinal lfora and the long-term efifcacy can be worth looking forward to.
