摘    要:随着国家医改进入深水区、互联网+时代的来临,作为国家三医联动改革医药关键环节中的医药流通企业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。若要生存和发展,企业人力资源管理战略应从总战略出发,利用大数据平台挖掘、选拔、考核人才,鼓励创新与变革,以建立有效的激励机制为源头,在内、外部培训体系的推动下,打造高绩效员工团队,实现转型下的现代医药流通企业人力资源管理战略转型。

Human resources management strategy for modern medicine circulation enterprises in transition
Abstract:With the national medical reform entering deep water area and the coming of the Internet+ era, medicine circulation enterprises as a pharmaceutical key part in the joint reform of medical service, medication and medical assurance are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The human resource strategy for the management of enterprise should focus on the mining, selection and assessment of talents and the encouragement of innovation based on the consideration of general strategy and the big data platform so as to establish an effective incentive mechanism if enterprise needs to be survival and development. Meanwhile, we should create a high-performance team of employees to achieve the transformation of human resources management strategy in modem medicine circulation enterprise in transition under the promotion of internal and external training system.
