社区在册糖尿病患者的生活质量及影响因素分析

目的：了解糖尿病患者的生活质量水平及影响因素，为改善糖尿病患者的随访管理提供依据。方法：选择2012年上海2个区所辖3家社区卫生服务中心管理的3500例2型糖尿病患者，采用健康相关生活质量评估量表（SF-12）进行生活质量调查，同时采用患者健康问卷（PHQ-9）、广泛性焦虑自评量表（GAD-7）进行抑郁和焦虑症状评估。结果：性别、年龄、婚姻状况、工作状况、文化程度、病程、疾病类型、并发症数量、抑郁和焦虑症状均影响患者的生活质量。结论：关注糖尿病患者的心理问题，并针对其人群特征表现提供有针对性的干预措施对患者的生活质量提升有现实意义。

Analysis of the life quality of patients with diabetes registered in the community and the inlfuence factors

Objective: To understand the life quality of patients with diabetes and the inlfuencing factors to provide the basis for the improvement of the follow-up management of diabetic patients.Methods:Three thousand and ifve hundred patients with type 2 diabetes were selected in 3 community health service centers in 2 districts of Shanghai in 2012. The life quality of the patients was evaluated using the health related quality of life assessment scale(SF-12). The depression and anxiety symptoms were assessed with patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9) and generalized anxiety self rating scale(GAD-7).Results:Gender, age, marital status, work status, education level, course of disease, type of disease, complications, and symptoms of depression and anxiety affected the life quality of patients.Conclusion: Attention to the psychological problems of patients with diabetes and provision of the targeted interventions to improve the life quality of patients according to the characteristics of the population may have the practical signiifcance.
