布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的护理效果

目的：探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的护理效果。方法：选取2013年8月—2015年8月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者96例，按照入院顺序随机分为研究组和对照组各48例，对照组采取常规护理。在对照组基础上，研究组进行相关疾病的健康教育、心理护理等。观察患者干预后疾病知识掌握情况、护理满意情况、疗效、体温、痰量、痰颜色、肺部啰音恢复时间。结果：研究组患者疾病知识掌握度高于对照组（95.83%比7.08%， P＜0.05），护理满意度高于对照组（95.83%比81.25%，P＜0.05），总有效率高于对照组（97.92%比75.00%，P＜0.05）。研究组患者体温、痰量、痰颜色、肺部啰音恢复时间低于对照组，组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期进行护理，效果较好，应用价值较高。

Nursing effect of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at acute phase

Objective: To explore the nursing effect of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at acute phase.Methods:From August 2013 to August 2015, 96 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at acute phase were selected and divided into an experiment group and a control one with 48 cases each according to the order of admission at random. The control group were cared by routine nursing, and on the basis of the control group, the experiment group were cared by health education and psychological nursing and so on. The mastery of disease knowledge, nursing satisfaction, clinical effect, body temperature, sputum quantity and color and the recovery time of pulmonary rales of the patients were observed after intervention.Results: The mastery of disease knowledge was higher in the experiment group than in the control group (95.83% vs. 7.08%,P<0.05), the nursing satisfaction was higher in the experiment group than in the control group (95.83% vs. 81.25%,P<0.05), and the total effect of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group (97.92% vs.75.00%,P<0.05). The body temperature, sputum quantity and color and recovery time of pulmonary rales were lower in the experiment group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:It has good clinical effect for the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at acute phase treated by budesonide inhalation, and it has high value of clinical application.
