硅胶拔罐在家庭医生上门服务中的应用

目的：探讨硅胶拔罐在家庭医生上门服务中的应用。方法：选取2015年10月－2016年3月因高血压疾病预约上门服务患者60例，随机分为硅胶罐组30例，传统竹罐组30例，两组均每周治疗2次，10次为1个疗程。比较两组治疗效果和医生的工作满意度。结果：治疗后，硅胶罐组和传统竹罐组的疗效分别为83.31%（25/30）和73.33%（22/30），组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。硅胶罐组医生的工作满意度高于传统竹罐组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在家庭医生上门服务中，硅胶拔罐的安全性及可操作性均优于传统火罐，易为患者接受，且方法简便，值得推广。

Application of silica cupping in home service by the family doctors

Objective: To investigate the application of silica cupping in home service by the family doctors. Methods:From Oct. 2015 to March 2016, 60 cases of hypertension that made home service appointments were selected and randomly divided into a silica cupping group, and a traditional bamboo cupping group with 30 cases each. The two groups were all treated 2 times a week, 10 times for 1 course. The therapeutic effect and the family doctors’ satisfaction were compared.Results: After treatment, the treatment effects of the silica cupping group and the traditional bamboo cupping group were 83.31%(25/30) and 73.33%(22/30), and the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the family doctor home service, the safety and operability of silicone cupping is superior to that of traditional cupping, it is easy for the patient to accept, the method is simple, and it is worthy of promotion.
